By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the 77phl platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and 77phl with respect to your use of the platform.

Each eligible person may register only one (1) account on the 77phl platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, IP addresses, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by 77phl's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update any details that change. 77phl is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

77phl requires Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts prior to the processing of withdrawals. KYC documents typically required include a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address issued within the past 90 days, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. 77phl reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion.

77phl accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, GrabPay, USDT (TRC20), 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and Coins.ph. In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 77phl will attempt to resolve the round using the last recorded server state. • Creating or operating more than one account on 77phl (multi-accounting)
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with 77phl
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities, or using 77phl for any form of money laundering or financial crime
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such activity are void and must be returned
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to manipulate gameplay or gain an advantage over the platform or other players
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any form of multi-player game
• Systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 77phl employees, support agents, or other players
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or access any part of the 77phl platform's source code, algorithms, or proprietary systems

All intellectual property rights in the 77phl platform, including but not limited to its software, source code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, game content, written content, and user interface elements, are owned by or licensed to 77phl. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right or licence to any intellectual property of 77phl beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the 77phl platform without the express prior written consent of 77phl. Unauthorised use of 77phl intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 77phl, its directors, employees, agents, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 77phl platform, including but not limited to: loss of gaming winnings due to technical faults beyond 77phl's reasonable control; losses arising from account compromise where the player has failed to maintain credential security; losses resulting from delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers; or losses arising from the player's breach of these Terms.

77phl's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 77phl account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your 77phl account at any time by contacting the 77phl customer support team via live chat and requesting account closure. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any remaining eligible balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of final KYC checks. Any bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

77phl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances: where the account holder breaches any provision of these Terms; where we suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity associated with the account; where we receive a self-exclusion or regulatory directive relating to the account; or where maintaining the account would expose 77phl to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

In cases of termination for cause, 77phl reserves the right to withhold some or all funds held in the account pending investigation, and to report relevant information to PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement authorities, or other relevant regulatory bodies.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the 77phl platform, you must first contact 77phl customer support via live chat and allow 77phl a reasonable period (not less than 14 days) to investigate and respond. 77phl will investigate all disputes fairly and impartially using available server logs, game records, transaction histories, and relevant communications.

If you are dissatisfied with 77phl's resolution of your dispute, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its formal player complaint process, subject to PAGCOR's jurisdiction and procedures. These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described herein.

77phl reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the contact information on file, through on-platform notifications, or through a prominent notice on the 77phl website. Amendments take effect from the date stated in the amendment notice or, if no date is stated, immediately upon publication.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version. Your continued use of the 77phl platform after the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the 77phl platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any eligible funds.
